Chicago Teacher Pension fund

From Mark Gordon's blogger brief special on the budget. I think this is called clout.

Chicago Teachers Pensions

--- The final budget adds $10 million for Chicago Teachers Pension
--- Chicago Teachers Pension System gets fully funded ($75.2 million, up $300,000 from last year)
--- Chicago Plan is 80% funded, while TRS is 60% funded.
There is a blog by the way called Chicago Clout. I have no idea what it's all about.

This new website is great. It really uncovers a lot of corruption.

Chicago Clout is about five years research from the whistle-blower of the Hired Truck Scandal. Slowly the site will uncover five years of going through the trash cans in the Chicago North District Water and Sewer Department. The site will show pictures and a story about the best and worst politicians in Chicago. It will be fair. It will be about Airport contracts exposed, Department of Water Management contracts exposed, Bridgeport contractors exposed. Frank Avila was in a meeting with the new Inspector General on May 28, 2006 to come to a "Agreement". No Deal. Please enjoy a web site that will teach politicians, Payback is a Mo**********. P.S. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoy you site, Patrick McDonough.

McDonough, Avila, and Coconate have done a lot to save the taxpayers a lot of money and expose corruption
Thank you to the Three anti-corruption Musketeers
