I thought Dick Mell qualified for "M" plates.

Seriously, regardless of your feeling for the governor - what kind of a sad little person do you have to be to pony up extra cash for such a plate? And what kind of idiot will you feel like next year - when either he's re-elected, and your dumb a&& is driving around with an unscrapable bumper sticker - or he loses, and your dumb a&& is driving around with plates that have rapidly diminishing cultural significance.
