Libby Didn't Lie, But Fitzgerald Did
I think Ryan will get off light.
I think the Libby case is falling apart. (Read Libby Didn't Lie, But Fitzgerald Did.)
A little to early to tell yet, but I bet more then a few people are happy Fitzgerald's star seems to be dimming.
I'm waiting to see what happens to Berwyn Regular Democrat Sonny Stillo (PDF reader needed).
My step Dad kept reading the Cicero - Berwyn Life after moving to Westchester. He told me that was the only real news. Washington, Chicago, Springfield not much; all we needed to know was bounded by Cicero and Harlem Aves, 12th St and Pershing Rd. Once in a while, for a change of pace, we'd go to Forest View or Stickney.

After tracking back we come to this
",,, I see the NY Times is covering this, with a different headline: "Prosecutor Corrects Filing About Former Aide to Cheney"..."
A tempest in the anti-Fitz teapot.
There is believed to be an Executive Order authorizing the Vice President to unilaterally declassify document. Even so, any document which is declassified must be stamped, recorded, and the action passed to the originator of the document and the entities to which it had been distributed. That record is key.
