My Nephew
I know this is not the forum for family promotion, but my nephew Andy just got a video camera and made a movie during 4th period. He is Vice-President of the AV club and did a bang up job. How did he remember all those lines? You can view his movie here.

You have to admit the ILL GOP has been far more creative then the Dems when it comes to internet.
I'd like to see more but I think both parties's attitudes are summed up with this,
In today's society, the most effective message still can be a neighbor knocking on a door in support of a candidate, he said. "It cuts through everything," said McKenna.
Bloggers are viewed as lose cannons by both parties. And, after Ned Lamont's experience, that's probably correct.
Let's run your nephew for governor.
The other two choices are lacking.
I hope your nephews AV club wasn't funded by Stu Levine and Tony Resko.
Child,
That is all the way funny!
Andy is a wondeful man and gentleman to the backbone. The Republican Party is very well-served by Mr. McKenna.
When I was teaching at LaLumiere School in LaPorte, IN, Andy served on the Board of Directors. He is a classmate of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts. They were devotees of Russell Kirk the Conservative Philoshopher.
I always found their devotion to the best qualities of Conservative thought refreshing in young 'scapegraces.' Their devotion is rooted in an honest assesment of traditional conservative thought ( Pope, Edmund Burke, Smill, Mill, Carlslye, Thackeray, Hamilton & etc.) that had been co-opted by the Reagan Revolutionaries - in a most cynical manner.
I have always been a New Deal, Harry Truman, Ward level Democrat and my principles are rooted in those that do the most good for the most people IMMEDIATELY and DIRECTLY - with as limited amount of bullshirt as possible.
The Democratic Party has been boarded and looted by Commie-wannabes and nut-jobs like Dean - and succeeded in making my Party a joke for jejune lightweights like Bill Maher (He be bitched slapped with impunity and sincere dispatch at Keegan's Pub by some very well-read working men).
Andy is still trying to get his Party - that was boarded and looted by Petey Fitzgerald and the bucanneers from DuPage ( 'where's Pate?') - and this film ( homage to Joe Woods?) - is not a great effort. Nice work, young-un!
I think that you are one of the cleverest and best - hearted posters among the bunch, Shadow, you always hand this old mope a giggle.
With Great Regard,
Pat Hickey
You're right...this isn't the place.
Bravo.
'this mailing from the National Republican Congressional Committee indicates that they either believe that the ladies of the 6th District are crazed, screaming harpies . . .'
Mr. Mayor I hope that friend Andy can get his dough back. BTW - as a widow-man, I like them there bun-haired beauties; they won't let me in DuPage County after 5P.M..
