Steve Reynolds did some good political work with a long list of politicians including State Senator (now State Rep) Bobby Molaro, former Alderman Ed Vrdolyak, the Village of Cicero under the leadership of former Mayor/Village/Town President Betty Loren Maltese, Cook County Commissioner Liz Doody Gorman and former operatives of the 19th Ward former Senator Jeremiah Joyce--most recently with Mayor Landek of Bridgview concerning the Polecatz strip club by the courthouse with David Donahue and regarding the Soccer Stadium. He may have been a federal informant wearing a wire. He claimed to be an associate of organized crime.
Steve Reynolds was also known as a drug dealer and with the strip club a pimp. He had a political Army and worked with Judge Ryan for Sheriff Sheehan and others. He had Cook County Forest Preserve police and Sheriff's.
Anybody else find it hilarious (yet not at all surprising) that Reynolds - among all his other things - was former campaign manager for Cook County GOP Chair Liz Gorman? And the GOP wonders why they continue to fall into the abyss.
Why does it surprise you that a guy works on both a democratic campaign and a republican campaign? Don't you read John Kass. There is a bipartisan combine that runs Illinois. I definitely think there was some foul play involved. Maricopa Co. though is run just like Cook Co., so we'll never know.
Since he is dead, we want to have some respect. We even did not criticize Steve Neal when he died.

He also worked for Mario Moreno--but later Eddie Vrdolyak flipped him.
He may not have used illegal drugs but he used them.
He also got a lot of bad signatures, and did a lot of bad work, con artist.
