Donations to the Congressional Black Caucus, 501(c)3 or not, in my mind is not a real charitable donation, even if they do some good. It is a political donation.
ReplyDeleteToday's SUN TIMES articles by excellent investigative journalist Tim Novak on the slumlord properties of Tony Resko in Obama's district that Obama did nothing about and Obama's law firm represented and invested in.
ReplyDeleteThese were poor Black (not Hawaiian) residents of his District that had no heat and taxpayer dollars going to support Dan Mahru and Tony Resko in the politically connected development agency specializing in supposed low income, with taxpayer dollars, and a favorite of Mayor Daley.
Obama did nothing for his District, he did nothing for Black people, and he will do nothing but be a tool for special interests as President.
