I’ve been critical of newspapers for running unflattering campaign photographs of newly-sworn in Congressman Peter Roskam. Now I’m wondering if the Chicago Tribune is sending a signal to Chicago Congressman Rahm Emmanuel with this unflattering front page photo.
If so, what’s the message?

I saw it in the paper this morning. He has kind of a goofy look on his face, but I'm not sure it insinuates that he's a vampire.

Peter Roskam looks unflattering no matter what. He is no JFK, he more a Peter the Pitz Fitzgerald. How much chloroform did he use to get his wife to marry him? Or does he have Fitzgerald money?
